Bike for Life is a GO!!!

We welcome all who want to join.

The first leg of the Journey is from Ayala Town Center to Batangas City.

Meeting place: The Ayala Alabang Town Center Parking (near Starbucks, along Commerce Ave.)

Schedule of activities for Sunday, Sept 16, 2007:

• 5:30 am - Start of Registration; Registration fee is 500 pesos. Those who register will get freebies from the sponsors and can drink all the Gatorade they want up to Batangas city! Registrants will also be given car passes for free parking. Participants must also make personal arrangements for their transportation back to Manila.
• 6:15 am - Welcome remarks by James Auste, Executive Director of the Cancer Warriors
• 6:30am - Welcome remarks by a guest of Honor
• 6:45am - 2 Invocations by an invited Pastor and a priest
• 7:00am - Take off from Ayala Town Center
• 12-1pm - a short welcome by the city officials of Batangas City
• 3pm - Cancer Forum
• 6pm the Bike for Life Team heads for Calapan, Oriental Mindoro via RoRo

The pace of the core group will be at 20kph.

Route:
From Ayala Town Center we will go to

1. Muntinlupa (stop at Pepsi Plant in Muntinlupa)
2. San Pedro, Laguna
3. Biñan, Laguna
4. Sta. Rosa, Laguna
5. Calamba, Laguna (stop at 7-11 Turbina, just outside SLEX)
6. Sto. Tomas, Batangas
7. Malvar, Batangas
8. Lipa, Batangas (stop at 7-11 Lipa, national road)
9. Batangas City (stop at 7-11 University of Batangas)

The core group will have a short stop after the start at the Pepsi Muntinlupa warehouse at Km 29 Natl Road, Tunasan, Muntinlupa.

The core group will also stop at three (3) 7-Eleven stores

• #192 Turbina - National Highway, Barangay Turbina, Calamba, Laguna
• #131 Lipa Highway - Pres. Laurel Highway, Lipa City
• #292 University of Batangas - Mc Arthur Hi-way near cor. Gen. T De Leon, Batangas City
